We recommend using INTERNET EXPLORER on Windows computers, or SAFARI on Macintosh computers, to access Adobe Connect. Adobe Connect does not work as well in CHROME.
When you arrive at the log-in screen, you can “Enter as a Guest.” Type your full name in the text box that says guest and click “Enter Room” directly below. You do not need a login to join the conference. Participants are admitted to the room 2-3 minutes prior to the start of the event. If you arrive earlier, you may request entrance and wait for the meeting host to open the room. It’s ok to wait – you’re in the right place.
Participants in the Adobe Meeting Room are able to access the audio via the speakers on their computers. We also have a phone line available if you do not have speakers on your computers or are experiencing issues with audio quality.
